Roofing Man provides professional roofing services in Klang Valley, Malaysia, including but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your specific requirements and property conditions.

2. Quotes and Pricing

We provide free on-site inspections and quotes for most roofing work. Please note:

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
  • Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from the initial assessment
  • Additional work discovered during the project will be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding
  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include standard materials and labor unless otherwise specified

3. Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

  • Minor Repairs: Payment upon completion of work
  • Major Projects: 50% deposit upon confirmation, balance upon completion
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and online payment methods
  • Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed

4. Warranties

We stand behind our work with the following warranty coverage:

  • Repair Work: Minimum 30-day warranty on workmanship
  • Waterproofing: Up to 2-year warranty depending on materials and scope
  • Roof Replacement: Warranty terms vary based on materials selected

Warranties cover defects in workmanship under normal use conditions. They do not cover:

  • Damage from extreme weather events or natural disasters
  • Damage caused by third parties or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Issues unrelated to our completed work

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your original invoice number and a description of the issue.

5. Scheduling and Access

For scheduled work:

  • We will confirm appointment dates and approximate arrival times
  • Please ensure clear access to the work area
  • An adult must be present at the property during work unless otherwise arranged
  • We may reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before scheduled work incur no charge
  • Deposits for confirmed projects are non-refundable once materials have been ordered
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control

7. Property and Safety

During our work at your property:

  • We take reasonable care to protect your property and belongings
  • We will clean up work areas upon completion
  • Please inform us of any hazards, obstacles, or special considerations
  • We carry appropriate insurance coverage for our work

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent service, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed or discovered during inspection
  • Consequential or indirect damages
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Damage to concealed items not disclosed before work began
